1 - 2 skilteliu cesnako; 

šaukštelio saldžiuju papriku milteliu (labai tinka rukyta paprika);

džiovintu rupiai maltu cili pagal skoni; 

puses šaukštelio kmynu;

puses šaukštelio šviežiu ciobreliu žoles (džiovintu prireiks daugiau);

1 - 1,5 l jautienos sultinio;

1 saldžiosios raudonosios paprikos;

1 šviežio cili pipiro;

druskos pagal skoni; 

400 g konservuotu pomidoru savo sultyse;

šaukšto pomidoru pastos (arba keletos šaukštu naturalaus pomidoru padažo);

keletos miltingu bulviu;

1 - 2 nedideliu morku.

Storadugniame puode ant sviesto su trupuciu aliejaus pakepinkite smulkiai kapota svoguna, kol šis suminkštes. Sudekite mesos gabalelius ir pakepinkite ant dideles kaitros, kol jautiena gražiai iš visu pusiu apkeps. Suberkite papriku miltelius, pagardinkite druska, cili pipirais ir dar šiek tiek maišydami pakaitinkite.

 Iberkite kmynu, sudekite rupiai supjaustyta cesnaka ir ciobrelius. Užpilkite sultiniu, kad viska apsemtu, uždenkite dangciu ir ant mažos kaitros troškinkite apie dvi valandas, kol jautiena pasidarys labai minkšta.

Svieste pakepinkite griežineliais supjaustytas morkas ir sudekite i sriuba. Suberkite išvalyta ir nedideliais gabaleliais supjaustyta paprika, pasmulkinta šviežia cili, sutrintus konservuotus pomidorus, pomidoru pasta ir kubeliais pjaustytas bulves. Jei reikia, dar ipilkite sultinio. Virkite dar apie pusvalandi arba kol suminkštes bulves. Pagal skoni pagardinkite druska ir cili, jei dar reikia.
